Garmin Livescope XR on a trailerboatIf you’ve been looking at Garmin LiveScope, you’ve

probably hit the same question most boat owners do - XR or Plus?

Both systems are seriously impressive, but they’re built for different styles of fishing. Get it right and it’ll change the way you fish. Get it wrong and you’ll be wondering why you spent the money.e and install it proply so it actually works on the water.

Quick Comparison – LiveScope XR vs LiveScope Plus

LiveScope Plus – Perfect for Inshore & Reef Fishing

If you spend most of your time fishing reefs, structure or inshore, LiveScope Plus is hard to beat. It’s clean, sharp and gives you a proper view of what’s happening under the boat.

Great for snapper, barra, and working structure where detail matters more than distance.  Check out the LiveScope Plus system

LiveScope XR – Built for Offshore Fishos

If you’re heading offshore and chasing pelagics, this is where LiveScope XR comes into its own.

The extra range means you can scan further ahead of the boat, find bait schools earlier and work fish without driving straight over the top of them.

That’s a big advantage when you’re chasing tuna, marlin or working wide offshore grounds. Check out the LiveScope XR system

Why Setup & Installation Matters

This is where most people come unstuck - LiveScope isn’t just plug and play if you want it working properly.

Transducer position, angle, wiring and setup all make a massive difference. Done right, it’s unreal. Done wrong, it’s frustrating.

We don’t just sell LiveScope - we install and tune it so it actually works on the water.
