Sales Terms & Conditions
These Sales Terms apply to all supply-only purchases made through Shotgun Marine Services.
1. General
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Sales Terms.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary due to supplier price changes, freight adjustments or exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Deposits
A minimum 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure equipment orders.
Deposits become non-refundable once equipment has been ordered specifically for your vessel.
5. Supply Only
Where equipment is supplied without installation, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring compatibility and correct installation.
Incorrect installation by third parties may void manufacturer warranties.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on location, freight provider and order size.
A nominal shipping amount (e.g. $0.01) at checkout indicates freight will be calculated separately and confirmed prior to dispatch.
7. Title & Risk
Title passes upon full payment. Risk passes at time of dispatch.
8. Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Custom-ordered, programmed or specially configured equipment is not eligible for return due to change of mind.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
