Our products cannot be returned without our approval in advance. Our goods are supplied with Australian manufacturers Guarantees. If our products have a "major failure" you are entitled to a replacement or refund - What constitutes a "major failure" will be determined under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and it as manufacturers discretion to repair or replace as deemed necessary.

On return please ensure all items, including all original accessories and/ or warranty card with your proof of purchase are packed in a secure satchel/carton/box.

We don't accept responsibility for non-returned parcels, so make sure you use a insure and track method to return.

Please note that items which have been modified may not be returned for credit.
